A 120-minute ritual designed to clear negative energy, balance the seven chakras and encourage energy flow.
This treatment takes place on our heated hydrobed which features seven rain showers positioned over each of the seven chakras and a range of light settings that you’re invited to choose from before the treatment begins.
The ritual begins with a full body salt scrub exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, release negative energy, and encourage cell turnover. Your therapist will then place you under a steam bath to soften the skin.
While you relax under the steam, your therapist will apply a cool compress to your head and begin a soothing scalp massage to keep your body temperature balanced and induce an even deeper state of relaxation.
The chakra shower is then aligned to your chakras, heated to your desired temperature and activated to wash away any excess product. Skin is then gently dried and massaged with oil, to seal in moisture.
You will be gently awakened and welcomed back to the room by Tibetan sound bowls to bring your energy back to balance.
Cautions and care
Oil will be used on your hair and body throughout the treatment, which you are invited to leave on overnight. If you’d like to schedule a hair wash and blow dry post-treatment at one of our partner hairdressers locally, please contact our concierge team at the time of booking.
Steam will also be used to encourage the release of toxins. Drink lots of water following your treatment to rehydrate and replenish the body.
