Dr Tanja Phillips

Medical Director

Dr Tanja Phillips BM MRCGP DCH DRCOG is a GMC-registered doctor and leading laser and aesthetic medicine specialist with 30 years of clinical experience.

She is internationally recognised in the fields of non-surgical lasers and injectables, and leads the clinical team here at The HVN alongside running her own clinic which she founded in 2016.

Dr Tanja has mastered the art of developing long-term treatment plans that combine a range of specialist techniques to achieve natural, effective and lasting results for her clients, giving a renewed sense of confidence to those treated

Dr John Tsagaris

Doctor of Chinese Medicine

Dr John Tsagaris is an internationally renowned, high-profile practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine who has been practising in London for over 30 years. He brought the concept of cosmetic acupuncture to the UK and has been a leading authority on acupuncture for skin and dermatological conditions ever since.

Dr John specialises in treating issues relating to fertility, hormones, menopause and weight management. He is best-known for being the creator of Acuskinlift – a simple yet profound method referred to as the ‘natural face lift’ which is endorsed by doctors and performed exclusively by Dr John. It involves crafting the skin from the inside out, regenerating collagen and elastin to produce plumper, firmer skin. Results are noticeable from the very first treatment.

During each treatment, Dr John seeks to optimise clients’ energy, health and mood, as well as their physical and mental well-being. He implements varying elements – including ear acupuncture and ear seeds – to enhance the therapeutic outcome and aesthetic results.

Dr Ireny Salama

Aesthetic Doctor

Dr Ireny Salama has 20 years of experience as a surgeon, aesthetic doctor and general practitioner – 12 of which were spent working as an aesthetic doctor at two leading luxury department stores in London.

Before each treatment, Dr Ireny takes a detailed history from, and conducts a skin analysis on, each client to ensure their treatment is fitting for them. Every client is unique and their treatment must be tailored to suit their needs, goals, skin condition and age.

Dr Ireny attributes her impeccable eye to her varied surgical background which led her to become a member of the Royal College of Surgeons. She believes making a client feel better is just as important as making them look better. She takes great pride in knowing each client personally and contributing to their improved wellbeing.

Xenia Mitsiou

Aesthetic Nurse

After graduating from her Nursing degree at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, Xenia worked in various surgeries and hospitals across Greece where she cared for patients pre and post surgery.

Xenia’s career then led her to London, where she put her aesthetic nursing studies into practice at a dermatologist’s clinic on Harley Street. It was here that she honed her specialism in skincare, while she treated a vast range of skin concerns with various techniques, devices and injectables. To Xenia, treating skin is second nature.

Xenia loves getting to know each client’s skin, helping them achieve their goals, and seeing their progress throughout the process. She spends time understanding clients’ concerns during the consultation to ensure they get the most out of their treatment, feel confident in her care, and are happy with the results.

Florina Indries

Aesthetic Practitioner

Florina began her career in 2007, after graduating with a BSc in Cosmetology in Romania, and has continued to build on her skillset ever since. She completed numerous advanced skincare courses across Europe which she put into practice in a number of clinics across London.

As a specialist in skin treatments and machine-based body treatments, she understands the importance of keeping up with the latest developments in aesthetic technology and committing to life-long learning. This knowledge helps her to select the most effective treatment and guide each client towards achieving their desired results.

It was Florina’s results-driven approach that led her to The HVN, where the focus is to find and address the cause of a patient’s condition, rather than treating their symptoms alone.

Sonia Sandha

Holistic Therapist

Since training at the renowned Scuola Dorabruschi in Florence, Sonia has accrued more than 15 years’ experience in the luxury wellness industry. Her bespoke, holistic treatments take place on our in-house Hydrobed which is heated to 38°C for optimum relaxation.

Sonia considers each treatment a new challenge, and uses the consultation period to ensure her clients get the most out of each session. Guided by her intuition, she tailors each treatment to address the needs, wants and concerns of her clients – even when they’re not sure what they need.

Drawing on the techniques she’s honed throughout her varied career – from both Eastern and Western practices – Sonia uses her healing hands to guide each client into a deep state of relaxation, ensuring they leave feeling calm, relieved and at ease.

Asia Mortimer

General Manager

Asia leads our concierge team and is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of The HVN. She holds a BSc in Dermatology, has experience in hospitality roles at various five-star hotels across Europe, and spent almost seven years as Spa Manager at a luxury department store in London.

Asia prides herself on being approachable, welcoming and ensuring the best possible experience for each client – and instilling this ethos in her team. After working in various luxury spaces across the world for so many years, she understands that the smallest detail can make a difference to a client’s experience and so pays very close attention to the detail.

Looking to form genuine connections with clients, Asia takes time to understand their concerns and goals in order to guide them towards finding the right treatment. She is on hand to answer any questions you may have and looks forward to welcoming you soon.

DEIRDRE NAZARETH

Functional Medicine Practitioner & Osteopath

She has co-authored a chapter in the second edition of Andrew Weil’s Medicine Library, “Integrative Gastroenterology” and has been invited to speak internationally. She has a keen interest in treating women’s health issues, post-concussion syndrome, digestive health, and autoimmunity in all ages and continues to hone her cranial osteopathic and functional medicine skills regularly.

With extensive training, including a postgraduate Level 7 certification in Injectables and a diploma in Cosmetic Dermatology, Dr Annie is committed to delivering exceptional results. She places great emphasis on the consultation process, where she takes time to understand each patient’s unique needs and expectations. By educating her patients about aesthetic treatments and skincare, she ensures they achieve natural, refined outcomes. Dr Annie embraces a holistic approach, treating both the inside and outside to promote overall well-being.

LOWELL RIEZOUW

Alternative Medicine Practitioner

Lowell Riezouw has over 30 years of clinical experience in the field of somatic psychotherapy, homoeopathy, bio-resonance and energy-based medicine. He has worked in a clinical setting and private practice in the UK and Germany.

His approach is deeply holistic and integrates mental, emotional, and energetic principles and dynamics and aims at uncovering and addressing the root causes of symptoms. He supports the body's own healing capacity to ensure deep and lasting health.
