      Ideal for those experiencing muscular aches and those who spend a lot of time sitting, this treatment relies heavily on the healing hands of your therapist to target pressure points, alleviate tension and encourage blood flow to leave you feeling lighter, more energised, and free from tension.
      The treatment takes place on our heated hydrobed to enhance the benefits of the massage and stretching in the muscles and joints.
