Rooted in functional medicine and cellular science, this 75-minute consultation explores key areas including mitochondrial health, inflammation, hormonal balance, gut integrity, and cognitive resilience. It combines in-depth diagnostics with expert medical guidance to establish your personal health baseline and map out your long-term optimisation strategy.

- Arrival & Baseline Testing – Your appointment begins with two initial assessments:
• Body Composition Index Analysis
• Heavy Metal Scan - Comprehensive Clinical Consultation – You’ll then meet with a specialist doctor who will take an in-depth look at your medical history, lifestyle and genetic background. These findings are considered alongside your test results to identify key areas of focus and begin mapping your personalised 8R Health Optimisation Plan.
- Introduction to the 8R Framework – Your clinician will outline how your goals and challenges sit within the 8R pillars, creating a blueprint for measurable progress.
- Advanced Blood Panel* – Following your consultation, a full blood screening is recommended. This includes hormone analysis and other biomarkers.
- Biological Age Testing* – For those wishing to track progress in greater depth, we offer:
