What is the minimum age for treatments at The HVN?

At present, we can only treat clients aged 16 and above for most of our services.

Clients under 16 may only be seen for Functional Medicine appointments with parental supervision.

All written feedback and complaints are recorded for audit purposes, and we aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and investigate and respond fully within 20 working days.

Opening Hours

What are The HVN’s opening hours?

We’re open seven days a week to fit around your schedule:

Monday to Saturday: 8:30am – 9:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Special hours may apply on UK bank holidays. We are closed on Christmas Day.

What should I do if I need to contact The HVN outside of opening hours?

Out-of-hours refers to any time outside of our stated opening hours, including Sundays, evenings, and UK public holidays.

You can leave us a voicemail or send an email, and a member of the team will respond on the next working day.

You should always refer to the Post-Treatment Advice provided at your appointment, which includes important aftercare information and guidance on potential side effects.

If you’re unsure about your aftercare or have misplaced your advice, please mention this when leaving a message, and we’ll follow up during working hours.
