Active Acne
The Fotona laser uses photoselective absorption and controlled heating to neutralise overactive sebaceous glands, which are responsible for excess oil production. The thermal energy reduces inflammation, accelerates healing, and prevents future breakouts.
Acne Scarring
For scarring, the Fotona laser is used to create micro channels into the skin with controlled heat to stimulate collagen and even the surface of the skin. In addition, the laser can be used to precisely remove micron-thin layers of scarred skin, this combined technique reveals healthier skin beneath, smoothing texture and evening tone.
