About The HVN

The HVN Knightsbridge has been designed with the philosophy that the space should enhance your wellbeing, too. To this end, we have curated a selection of elements— from biophilia and bespoke art to specialised lighting, unique fragrances and nature-inspired sound— to create a unique sensory experience that enhances your wellbeing by simply experiencing our space.

Enhanced by our therapeutic and restorative scents, our space has been inspired by the warmth and cocooning feeling of ancestral caves. Organic forms, natural textures, and diffused lighting evoke a primal connection with our environment, nurturing a sense of security and fulfilling the intrinsic human desire to embrace the essence of nature.

Every detail of The HVN Knightsbridge has been conceived with this vision, including our experiential retail space, forest bathing pre-treatment area, six treatment suites, dedicated consultation room, two unique recovery pods, and seminar space. Each element is designed to provide a tranquil and refined environment, offering a serene reprieve from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Forest Bathing in the Urban Landscape

Inspired by the mindful and meditative ancient Japanese art of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, we have curated a sensory natural biome that evokes the lush flora of the woodlands. This immersive experience is designed to harness the proven physiological, psychological, and emotional wellness benefits of Forest Bathing—including reduced blood pressure, diminished stress, and enhanced NK cell activity—by fostering a profound connection with nature.

Through the harmonious integration of biophilia, ambient lighting, bespoke fragrances, and the gentle melodies of birdsong, we have captured the serene essence of the forest. We invite you to embrace this soothing environment and experience its restorative benefits prior to your treatment.

Light that follows Your Rhythm

In addition to the gentle interplay of dappled natural light, we have integrated circadian lighting into our space. This sophisticated lighting system emulates the natural patterns of sunlight, sending essential environmental cues to the brain. It activates the necessary hormones for various physiological processes, including sleep and digestion, while optimizing bodily functions for both productivity and restful periods.

Art and Craftsmanship

Research has demonstrated that visually stimulating and engaging art serves as a pathway to mental well-being through increased dopamine release. To this end, we have specially commissioned artwork that harmoniously complements the architecture of The HVN at Knightsbridge. Among our curated pieces is Ossimoro, a bespoke stone sculpture by the esteemed Italian sculptor Andrea Serra, symbolising the union of opposing natural elements.

We also feature Glow Pots by renowned sculptor Martha Freud, an enchanting nature-inspired installation crafted from ceramic, adorned with reliefs of pressed foliage. Additionally, The Cove Seat, our hand-carved, organically shaped wooden seating element, is crafted from ethically sourced wood, a choice that reflects our commitment to responsible practices and enhances the aesthetic and experiential richness of our space.
